Preparation and dispatch

Your order is prepared with care and then dispatched with tracking. As soon as it ships, you receive your tracking number by email to follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery times are given as a guide and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on your location, the carrier and any customs formalities. We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery costs

Any delivery costs are calculated and displayed before your order is confirmed, at the payment stage.

Tracking, delays or lost parcels
