Data we collect
- Identity and contact details: surname, first name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses;
- Order data: products purchased, amount, history;
- Payment data: processed directly by our secure provider (Shopify Payments / PayPal) — Alyvoa does not have access to your full bank details;
- Browsing data: IP address, cookies, pages viewed.
Purposes and legal bases
- Process and deliver your orders, provide customer service (performance of the contract);
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation);
- Send you marketing communications if you have consented (consent);
- Improve the site and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
Recipients
Your data is shared only with the providers needed to fulfil your order: the Shopify platform (hosting), payment providers and carriers. We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case, appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses) are put in place.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting ones.
Your rights
