Refund Policy

At Alyvoa, your satisfaction is our priority. You can try on your brooch with complete peace of mind: if it isn't right for you, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and returns are free.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have a period of 14 days from the day after you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement, by email to contact@alyvoa.com, before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model form below, although this is not mandatory.

Returns are free: we cover the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned to us in a condition allowing its resale (not worn beyond a reasonable trial, complete, with its packaging). We will refund you in full for all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method as the one used for your order.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must be returned to us complete, in a condition allowing its resale (undamaged, not worn beyond a reasonable trial, with its original tags and packaging).

Products not covered by the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, to personalised products, or to gift cards.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, we will inform you that your refund has been accepted. It is made to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal. The time it then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Damaged product or error

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours at contact@alyvoa.com: we will quickly find a solution (reshipment or refund).

Legal guarantee of conformity

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all our products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Belgian law.
