Preparation and dispatch

Your order is prepared with care and then dispatched with tracking. As soon as it ships, you receive your tracking number by e-mail so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Delivery times

Delivery times are given as an estimate and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on your location, the carrier and any customs formalities. We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Any shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order, at checkout.

Tracking, delays or lost parcels
